The DocuNet Mobile Viewer app on the FlyTab must be updated/synced prior to reporting for duty. The Mobile Viewer is considered 'offline' which means that you must download new and updated documents onto it for viewing.
- Connect the FlyTab to Wi-Fi.
- Open DocuNet app.
- From the left-hand panel top tool bar, click on the Update/Sync icon.
- The Library Updates screen will display with three main categories:
- Mandatory Documents - All available mandatory document updates. These are considered the most critical to action.
- Optional Documents to Update - All available updates to optional documents you have installed.
- Optional Documents to Install - All available optional documents that you have not yet installed.
- These categories may be expanded by clicking on the + icon by the titles to view all the individual items to be updated.
- Select Check for Updates.
- Install/Install All and Update/Update All on each category to ensure all optional and mandatory documents are loaded on to the Mobile Viewer. If no updates are available for a category, it will state No Updates.
- IMPORTANT: If the Update All Mandatory option on the bottom of the screen is selected, only required read and sign documents (must-reads) will be updated. This option will not update memo or forms.
- Once all groups are installed and updated, you should see four (4) main groups in your document library: Frontier Controlled Manuals, CorpComm, Inflight, and Safety.
