Chicago is the most populous city in the state of Illinois, and the third most populous city in the United States. Some of the many things Chicago is famous for are: Chicago-style hot dogs, Chicago-style (deep dish) pizza, Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, jazz music, and architecture such as the Sears Tower.  It is also known for its loyal sports fans. Chicago is also the site of the creation of the first standardized futures contracts issued by the Chicago Board of Trade.
