The ProSafeT app is used for safety reporting for Incident, Medical and ASAP incidents and may be accessed by clicking on the pre-installed mobile application on the FlyTab's home screen.
- Open app and enter the Activation Key: 4D25-BE28-93CA-8088
- Click Activate.
- Frontier Airlines should display.
- Tap Login.
- You should be routed to the Multifactor Authenticator where your Frontier Active Directory (AD) username (as an email) will need to be entered along with your password and authenticator code. You will need to access your personal cell phone for the authenticator approval/code.
The mobile application works very similarly to the ProSafeT website. The Homepage displays the forms available and any recent submissions. To access a form, click on the blue button containing the form name. To view forms that have been started and awaiting form submission, click the In Progress icon at the bottom of the screen.
