The FA Notes function found in vPOS on the FlyTab device is for submitting important catering information directly to RiM. Through this portal, RiM is able to see the FA notes within their system.
Flight Attendants should remember this is not an instant message that RiM would see to resolve an immediate catering issue. Any personal notes/reminders can be made using the Reminder function in vPOS.
