We always recommend that you attempt to drop/trade trips via Flica to avoid needing to apply for a PLA Please follow up with Inflight Dependability by submitting your PLA requests within 24 hours of the start of your missed assignment through the appropriate channel to Inflight Dependability. Verifiable Documentation and an explanation for PLA need is always required, such as the Insurance claim, police reports, court records, legal documents, etc.
Unfortunately, if you do not contact CS, you may be forfeiting EMR eligibility for resulting in a No Show.
