The MIA Employee Parking Lot is located on the corner of 1640 NW 42nd Ave. Miami, FL 33126.
The MIA Parking office is located in the Dolphin garage on the ground level, across from the D concourse.
Frontier is billed directly for the employee parking. If you opt out of using MIA employee parking, you will receive a parking stipend of $36 per month on your paycheck.
Until your parking application is processed, you are authorized to utilize off-site airport parking and be reimbursed through COUPA with a valid receipt. For expense report procedures, refer to FACT article Creating Expense Report - COUPA.
Procedures for Receiving Parking Decal
- Obtain a parking application from MIA Inflight Leadership.
- You must complete the application and then have it signed by a MIA Inflight supervisor/coordinator,
- Proceed to the parking office with your signed parking application, Frontier Crew Badge, and a copy of your vehicle's registration.
The Company will not be responsible for paying any expenses after ninety (90) days from the date of any transaction.
Reminder: If a Flight Attendant transfers bases and they have been on a parking pass stipend list in that base, it is their responsibility to notify their new base leadership of their preference regarding obtaining a parking pass in the new base or continuing the parking pass stipend in the new base.
