To access the LAS Crew Room:

As a reminder, residing or the appearance of living in the crew room/sleep room overnight or for extended periods of time is not permitted.

  1. From the concourse, locate the access door adjacent to Wolfgang Puck, next to gate D17. The access door is an unmarked, double door with two keypads to the right. Use the right keypad (the one with the lighted bar on top of it). Enter your access code and enter when the light bar flashes green. Be sure to secure the door behind you within 10 seconds.

  2. Enter the elevator in front of you. Enter your access code on the keypad with the lighted bar on top.  Upon entering your code, press floor 1 after getting the green light on the keypad.

  3. Upon leaving the elevator, go left down the hall and through the double doors at the very end, then turn right.

  4. You will see the access door to the ramp. Use the keypad to the right of the door for access. Again, use the one with the lighted bar. Once outside, you will see the crew room door down at the end of the sidewalk to your left.

  5. Call the crew room if you need assistance.

  6. Door Access Code: The new door code: *225539# has become effective on 04/01/25. Do not share code with anyone other than F9 crewmembers. There is a strict policy in LAS for no piggybacking (allowing more than one person through any door at a time) and crewmembers in violation of this policy may face fines from the airport or disciplinary action. Each door, crew room or jet bridge, will alarm if left open for more than 10-15 seconds”
