From the concourse, locate the access door adjacent to the restaurant in construction, next to gate D17. The access door is an unmarked, double door with keypads to the right. Use the keypad by pressing on the green check mark. Enter your access code and enter when the light bar flashes green. Be sure to secure the door behind you within ten (10) seconds or the alarm will sound. Note: One person at a time. No piggyback riding.
-
Enter the elevator in front of you. Enter your access code on the keypad with the lighted bar on top. Upon entering your code, press floor 1 after getting the green light on the keypad. Note: Each FA needs to enter the access code in the elevator.
-
Upon leaving the elevator, go left down the hall and through the double doors at the very end, then turn right.
-
You will see the access door to the ramp. Use the keypad to the right of the door for access. Again, use the one with the lighted bar. Once outside, you will see the crew room door down at the end of the sidewalk to your left. Note: One person at a time. No piggyback riding. Also, stay on the sidewalk.
