The airport consists of the Main Terminal and four (4) concourses.
Frontier Airlines ticket counters are located on the Main Terminal level 2 and baggage carousels are on the Main Terminal level 1. Flights operate out of the E Concourse utilizing gates E73 - E75.
There are four Known Crew Member (KCM) Checkpoints at TPA;
- Airside E KCM is located next to the security checkpoint for this concourse. Use this for Frontier gates.
- Airside A KCM is located next to Exit Lane.
- Airside C KCM is located adjacent to Checkpoint.
Accessing Airside E from the Main Terminal
If you are trying to reach the crew room or our gates in Airside E form the Main Terminal you will need to go to the information desk located in the center of the Main Terminal to pick up a generic boarding pass. This pass will be used to get through the scanner for the train-shuttle service between the Main Terminal and all concourses.
The information desk is staffed from 0430 to 2300 daily.
Accessing Airside E from form the hotel shuttle drop off location.
If you have an overnight in TPA, the hotel shuttle will drop you off directly in Airside E. You will enter the lower level and access the terminal via the elevator that will drop you at the Airside E security checkpoint.

Interesting Things About TPA:
- Pet Relief Areas - New service animal relief areas are located post-security, one at each of the concourse buildings. The covered spaces are located on the gate level and furnished with lush synthetic grass and a red fire hydrant. There are waste disposal bags, bins and a drinking sink.
The Main Terminal pet relief areas are located just outside of the building on the Baggage Claim Level, providing pre-security access for customers and visitors with trained service animals. - Nursing Rooms - TPA offers three nursing rooms that are conveniently located post-security at the Main Terminal, Concourse E and Concourse F, offering a tranquil environment to nurse or pump while traveling. More Nursing Rooms will be opening soon in the other concourses.
