- Crewmembers based in ORD should use ORD Parking Lot G. Economy Lot H is located along Bessie Coleman Drive at the southwest corner of Mannheim and Zemke Road. In relation to the terminals, the lot is northeast of the domestic terminals and directly north of the International Terminal 5. It is directly west of Lot E. Staring on November 18, airport employee parking in Lot H will transition to parking in Lot E, which is located just south of Lot H.
- Parking pass is required and must be obtained from the ORD Inflight Supervisors office.
- If a crewmember is transferring to another base, the parking pass must be returned to the ORD Inflight Supervisor prior to the transfer. Do not return parking pass to the airport.
- There is a $100 replacement fee if lost, stolen, or not returned.
- If you commute and park out of base, you will get a $36 stipend.
- Free shuttle buses routinely operate within each of the Economy Lots. The bus shuttles operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Company will not be responsible for paying any expenses after ninety (90) days from the date of any transaction.
Reminder: If a Flight Attendant transfers bases and they have been on a parking pass stipend list in that base, it is their responsibility to notify their new base leadership of their preference regarding obtaining a parking pass in the new base or continuing the parking pass stipend in the new base.
