Flight Attendants are required to have a FAA Certificate Card. To order a replacement or update your address access the faa.gov website.
Order Replacement
There is a small fee to order a replacement card. The online ordering process takes about 7 to 10 days for processing.The website contains an address for requesting a replacement by mail, but that process is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks.
- Open the www.faa.gov webpage.
- Under the Licenses and Certificates tab, select Airmen Certification.
- Select Replace an Airmen Certificate.
- You will need to know your FAA Certificate number which may be requested from Inflight Training via email InflightTraining@flyfrontier.com

NOTE: Frontier can’t order new cards for Flight Attendants .
