Phoenix Sky harbor is located at 3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034.       

Frontier Airlines ticket counter and baggage carousels are located on Terminal 3, and flights operate out of the F Concourse utilizing gates F1-F3.
