The MCO Employee Parking Preferences form must be completed by scanning the QR code below or by clicking HERE.
MCO Parking Passes are distributed monthly and may be picked up in the Inflight Leadership Office. The Employee Parking lot is located on the North Side of the airport at: 8393 Casa Verde Rd. Orlando, FL 32827.
- The employee bus pickup and drop-off is at Terminal A, Level 1, Lanes A28 and A29 or Loading Dock, Level 1. (elevator between the Macaroni Grill and the City Pub).
- During periods of peak travel, MCO may sometimes move the terminal pickup and drop off to the cargo area under the main terminal. Notices with instructions will be posted when this is in effect.
It is recommended to allow approximately 30+ minutes from the parking lot to the crew room. Be sure to board the Terminal A/B Employee lot shuttle; not Terminal C.
The Company will not be responsible for paying any expenses after ninety (90) days from the date of any transaction.
Reminder: If a Flight Attendant transfers bases and they have been on a parking pass stipend list in that base, it is their responsibility to notify their new base leadership of their preference regarding obtaining a parking pass in the new base or continuing the parking pass stipend in the new base.
