Flight Attendants must first complete Step 2 of the Midway Airport Parking Pass Application. A copy of this application can be found HERE. Be sure to print a copy of the application and take it with you to your base leadership team to complete. The Company Code in the top right section, should read: 425.
- The MDW Employee Parking Lot is located on the NW Corner of 55th and Central. Flight Attendants should enter the lot off of 55th Street. Do not enter the employee lot through Central - this is the entrance for the airport shuttle buses.
- The MDW badging office is located on the north end of the airfield in the American Trans Air Hanger on the second floor: 5221 W 55th Street, Chicago 60638 (Laramie and 55th Street).
The Company will not be responsible for paying any expenses after ninety (90) days from the date of any transaction.
Reminder: If a Flight Attendant transfers bases and they have been on a parking pass stipend list in that base, it is their responsibility to notify their new base leadership of their preference regarding obtaining a parking pass in the new base or continuing the parking pass stipend in the new base.
